Public search does not request an SSN/TIN or display the claim amount. After registration and email verification, a government-issued photo ID image is required before exact claim value is shown. New claimant uploads accept JPG/PNG only; the server decodes and re-creates each image before private storage and does not retain the original upload bytes.
SSN/TIN is optional in the secure portal. If entered, it is encrypted at rest and only the last four digits are later displayed. If omitted, the agreement field remains blank for later completion.
Supporting claim images are optional unless Spyglass Investigations later requests a specific item. Private case information and claimant images are handled through protected server-side storage, role-controlled staff access, audit logs, and retention controls.
